How To Help Us Get It Right.

We try to make it as easy as possible for you to utilize our services. What does easy mean?

  • We support over 100 common (and not so common) Macintosh and PC formats. Click here for a complete list.
  • We can accept files via FTP or on CDs or DVDs.  We can still take files on SyQuest, Bernoulli, Zip and Jaz disks if you need us to. Click here for a complete list of software, file and disk formats currently accepted.
  • We'll help you set up your files for us, so what you get back is exactly what you expected. For tips on setting up your files for the best results, click here.

Please make sure that every file you send us includes:

  • The software name and version used to prepare it.
  • The file names to be imaged.
  • The number of slides in each file.
  • Hard copies of the final files.
  • A copy of the printer and screen fonts used with the job, as well as fonts used in placed images.
  • Any original placed graphics or scans from other applications.

If you have any questions about how to set up your files or what we need, please don't hesitate to call. We promise to gently educate you. (If you want fashion advice, however, you're on your own.)

To Prepare Your Files.

For our Inkjet Output, all files should be set up at 150 dpi or greater resolution at full size.  For our Lightjet 5000 Photographic Output, all files should be set up at 300 dpi or greater resolution at final size.
